Roughen the grid

On average, depending on the depth, we mill 40 square meters per hour. At the start, we will make an estimate of when you can move the livestock to minimize disruption to the daily routine. For the roughening of slatted floors, we equip the machine with diamond blades. The diamond blades are adjustable. Through experimentation, an optimal setup has been discovered. This results in a cutting width of 5mm with a spacing of 8mm. Due to constant development in the machines, an improved version has been obtained that cuts straighter and closer to the edges. It is also possible to connect two machines, which increases capacity and allows the livestock to return to the processed floor more quickly.
