Roughening concrete floor: the perfect solution!
For roughening grid floors, we equip the machine with diamond blades that are 2.5mm thick. These are placed in double layers with a spacing of 8mm. Due to the double layering, the groove to be cut is 5mm wide.
Concrete quality: If the concrete quality is not wear-resistant, we switch to 3 blades with a spacing of 12mm. This results in a groove of 7.5mm. This is to create a sturdier backing while maintaining the durability of the roughened work.

Cross stripes One option is to create cross stripes on solid floors in corners, peeling areas, and raised crossings. These are grooves 1 cm wide with a spacing of 5 cm. Due to constant development in the machines, an improved version has been obtained that runs closer and straighter along the edges. It is also possible to connect two machines, which increases capacity and allows the livestock to return to the treated floor more quickly. We will aim to complete up to 1000 m² in one day.
